We serve adults with serious mental illness and substance use disorders, and we accept referrals both for people stepping down from a higher level of care and for people stepping up from a lower level of care.
We accept referrals for adults stepping down from a higher level of care, such as a state or private psychiatric hospital, and for adults stepping up from a lower level of care who need more structure and 24-hour supervision. Referrals come from case managers, Adult Recovery Teams, clinical teams, hospitals, and discharge planners.
