What services do you provide?

24-hour supervised care, group and individual therapy with daily support from our in-house counselors, help with prescribed medication, behavioral health assessments, life skills and job readiness training, recreation, case management, financial management support, and discharge planning.

Who do you serve?

We serve adults (18+) with serious mental illness and substance use disorders who need a supportive, supervised residential setting. Eligibility is based on an assessment of the person's needs and our ability to provide the right level of care. Contact us to discuss fit.

Who can make a referral?

Case managers, Adult Recovery Teams, clinical teams, state and private hospitals, and discharge planners. We accept referrals both for adults stepping down from a higher level of care and for adults stepping up from a lower level of care. Individuals and families can also call us directly.

Do you accept insurance or AHCCCS?

Yes. We accept AHCCCS plans and private pay. Call us to discuss coverage.

Do you offer personal care services?

No. We do not help with bathing, dressing, or other activities of daily living. Our focus is behavioral health support.

Are visitors allowed?

Yes. Visits take place during the day. Please call ahead to schedule, so visits fit the resident's treatment plan.

What does a typical day look like?

Structured activities such as group therapy, individual counseling, life skills training, and recreation, plus time for personal goals and educational workshops.

Who provides therapy?

Group and individual therapy is provided by our in-house counselors, who also offer daily support. Our Clinical Director and behavioral health professional (BHP) is Dr. Chris Azode, DNP, PMHNP-BC. More about our clinical leadership.

What is case management?

We coordinate with each resident's Adult Recovery Team (ART) and treatment team, including their PCP and dentist.

What if someone needs psychiatric care or medication changes?

We work with state and private hospitals and psychiatrists. We assist with self-administration of prescribed medication.

What kinds of rooms do you have?

Single, double, and triple rooms, in a small, home-like residence where residents get individual attention rather than a large institutional setting. Meals follow a dietitian-managed menu that accommodates dietary restrictions.
