About Premium Residential

Premium Residential, LLC is a privately owned company that operates a 24-hour supervised residential behavioral health home in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood of Casa Grande, Arizona.

Who we are

Our team has provided services to people with varying degrees of mental illness and substance use disorders for many years. Our Administrator brings experience, education, and training to help each resident grow and reach their full potential.

We offer group and individual therapy with daily support from our in-house counselors. We are a small, home-like residence where residents get individual attention rather than a large institutional setting.

Dr. Chris Azode, DNP, PMHNP-BC

Clinical Director

Dr. Chris Azode is a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and has been CEO of NGC Integrated Healthcare since 2019. As Clinical Director of Premium Residential, he brings extensive experience and a strong commitment to compassionate, holistic mental health care. Known for his proactive approach and clinical expertise, Dr. Azode works to keep psychiatric treatment and support at a high standard. His leadership, integrity, and dedication make him a respected figure in the behavioral health community.
